Privacy in Maestyr

Maestyr stores the account email, project details, agreements, acceptance records, content submissions, files, comments, and delivery activity needed to operate your workspace.

Who can see a project

A project is available to its workspace owner and its one verified, invited client. File storage is private and every download is checked against the current signed-in user. Public sample projects contain fictional details.

Services used

Sites hosts the application. Neon provides the database, account-session records, and private file storage. Resend delivers project emails. Dodo Payments processes Maestyr subscriptions. Payment card details are handled by Dodo Payments.

Optional AI drafting

When the owner chooses AI drafting, their supplied notes are sent to the OpenAI API to produce an editable draft. Maestyr requests that the response is not stored as an API response object. Provider retention policies may still apply. AI does not send or accept agreements.

Emails and cookies

Session cookies keep you signed in. Routine email preferences can be changed in Settings. Invitations and approval requests are necessary project messages. Maestyr does not add advertising trackers.

Your records

You can export project records and download files while your account has access, including after a trial or subscription expires. Acceptance and submission histories are retained to preserve the project record. Contact your project owner about the content they hold about you.

Account deletion and retention requests require operator support. Public signup should only be enabled after the operator publishes their contact and retention details.
