Using Maestyr

Maestyr helps freelance designers and their clients agree on project scope, exchange content, discuss changes, and record decisions. The project owner is responsible for the accuracy of their agreements, permissions for uploaded materials, and delivery of their work.

Your project agreement

Project agreements and payments are between the designer and their client. Maestyr records the version accepted, verified email, name, and timestamp. It does not provide legal certification or guarantee that an agreement meets a particular jurisdiction’s requirements. Review all AI drafts before using them.

Subscription

The Maestyr plan is $29 USD per month, plus applicable taxes shown at checkout. It includes one owner, 10 active projects, 2 GB of file storage, and 50 AI drafts per calendar month. The 7-day no-card trial includes 3 active projects, 250 MB, and 5 AI drafts.

Subscription management is provided through Dodo Payments. Cancellation keeps access through the paid period. When access expires, existing projects remain readable and exportable; new projects, uploads, AI drafts, and outgoing project reminders are paused.

Use responsibly

Only upload files you are allowed to share. Do not use the service to distribute harmful files, access another person’s project, send spam, or misrepresent someone’s acceptance.

Service availability

Features that depend on an unconnected provider clearly show that they are unavailable. A sample project is a demonstration and does not save business records. Checkout confirmation in the browser does not independently activate a subscription.

The operator must add their legal business identity, contact, governing terms, and refund policy before accepting paying customers. These product terms do not replace those details.
